We nemen de tijd om ervoor te zorgen dat onze uitrusting in goede staat verkeert en onze <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/yucatandivecrew.com\/nl\/cursussen\/\">certificeringen<\/a><\/span> en de duiklogboeken zijn klaar.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #001866;\">Inhoud:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"#etiqueta1\">Een vlucht nemen<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"#etiqueta2\">Ontspannen in een jacuzzi<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"#etiqueta3\">Overmatig drinken<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"#etiqueta4\">Intensief trainen<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"#etiqueta5\">Diepe weefselmassage<\/a><\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Maar wat gebeurt er na de duik? Wat er gebeurt nadat je boven water bent gekomen, is net zo belangrijk als de duik zelf. Je acties na de duik kunnen van invloed zijn op je gezondheid en veiligheid.<\/p>\n<p>Hier zijn 5 dingen die u direct na het duiken moet vermijden:<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"etiqueta1\"><span style=\"color: #0070e0;\">Een vlucht nemen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Er zijn veel activiteiten op grote hoogte die u beter kunt vermijden na een duik, maar het nemen van een vlucht is misschien wel de belangrijkste.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer we in een vliegtuig opstijgen, neemt de hoogte toe, waardoor de luchtdruk daalt. Dit kan leiden tot een snelle uitzetting van de stikstof die zich tijdens de duik heeft opgehoopt (vergelijkbaar met een snelle opstijging tijdens het duiken), wat decompressieziekte (DCS) veroorzaakt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Als u op het juiste moment wacht voordat u gaat vliegen, vermindert u de hoeveelheid stikstof in uw lichaam en verkleint u het risico op DCS.<\/strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dan.org\/health-medicine\/health-resource\/health-safety-guidelines\/guidelines-for-flying-after-diving\/\">DAN adviseert<\/a><\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wacht voor een enkele nultijdduik minimaal 12 uur voordat u vliegt.<\/li>\n<li>Bij meerdere duiken per dag of meerdere duikdagen dient u minimaal 18 uur te wachten voordat u gaat vliegen.<\/li>\n<li>Voor duiken waarbij decompressiestops nodig zijn, dient u minimaal 24 uur te wachten voordat u gaat vliegen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nDuikcomputers geven na de duik een vliegverbod af. Het is van groot belang dat u de aanwijzingen van uw duikcomputer opvolgt en wacht tot deze waarschuwing verdwijnt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andere activiteiten op grote hoogte die u binnen 24 uur na het duiken moet vermijden, zijn onder andere:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parachutespringen<\/li>\n<li>Bergbeklimmen<\/li>\n<li>Paragliden<\/li>\n<li>Ziplinen<\/li>\n<li>Snowboarden<\/li>\n<li>Heteluchtballonvaren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"etiqueta2\"><span style=\"color: #0070e0;\">Ontspannen in een jacuzzi<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>De oplosbaarheid van gas neemt af naarmate de temperatuur stijgt. Wanneer u uw lichaam blootstelt aan een warme omgeving, zoals een warm bad, jacuzzi, sauna of zeer warme douche, loopt u het risico dat er opgeloste, inerte gassen in de weefsels vrijkomen. Alcohol kan de manier waarop ons lichaam overtollige stikstof afvoert, be\u00efnvloeden. Uitdroging is een belangrijke oorzaak van decompressieziekte, en alcohol is een van de meest effici\u00ebnte manieren om ons te dehydrateren.<\/p>\n<p>Een andere belangrijke reden om overmatig drinken na het duiken te vermijden, is dat zware dronkenschap de echte symptomen van decompressieziekte kan maskeren. Dit betekent dat er mogelijk te laat medische hulp wordt gezocht.<\/p>\n<p>Om problemen te voorkomen, drink voldoende water \u2013 bij voorkeur met toegevoegde elektrolyten \u2013 voor en na het duiken om uitdroging tegen te gaan. Probeer bovendien een paar uur te wachten met het drinken van alcohol om ongelukken te voorkomen.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"etiqueta4\"><span style=\"color: #0070e0;\">Intensief trainen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dan.org\/health-medicine\/health-resources\/diseases-conditions\/juggling-physical-exercise-and-diving\/\">Volgens DAN<\/a><\/span>, De consensus onder onderzoekers is dat men na het duiken minimaal 4-6 uur moet wachten alvorens te gaan sporten.<\/p>\n<p>Lichamelijke inspanning na het duiken, met name intensieve belasting van spieren en gewrichten of snelle bewegingen van ledematen, kan leiden tot een toename van de vorming van bellen in het lichaam, waardoor het risico op decompressieziekte toeneemt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enkele voorbeelden van oefeningen zijn:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gewichtheffen<\/li>\n<li>Zwemmen<\/li>\n<li>Rennen<\/li>\n<li>Sporten beoefenen zoals voetbal of volleybal<\/li>\n<li>Zelfs uitbundig dansen!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nHet beste advies is om beide activiteiten zorgvuldig te plannen. Hoe langer de tijd tussen duiken en sporten, hoe lager het risico op DCS.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2346 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/yucatandivecrew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/shutterstock-1043370892-huge-licensed-scaled-1024x683-1.jpeg\" alt=\"oefening\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yucatandivecrew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/shutterstock-1043370892-huge-licensed-scaled-1024x683-1.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/yucatandivecrew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/shutterstock-1043370892-huge-licensed-scaled-1024x683-1-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/yucatandivecrew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/shutterstock-1043370892-huge-licensed-scaled-1024x683-1-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/yucatandivecrew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/shutterstock-1043370892-huge-licensed-scaled-1024x683-1-18x12.jpeg 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"etiqueta5\"><span style=\"color: #0070e0;\">Diepe weefselmassage<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Hoewel er niet veel bewijs is voor deze theorie, geloven veel duikers dat een diepe weefselmassage direct na het duiken DCS kan veroorzaken. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportdiver.com\/massage-after-scuba-diving-safe\">Het advies is om gedurende ten minste 12 uur na het duiken geen deep tissue-massages te ondergaan<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Volgens DAN is er geen betrouwbaar verband gevonden tussen zachte massage en gevallen van DCS.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Er zijn echter twee belangrijke aandachtspunten bij diepere massages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Een verhoogde bloedtoevoer kan leiden tot het ontstaan van bellen.<\/li>\n<li>Spierpijn die kan leiden tot een verkeerde (of late) diagnose van decompressieziekte (DCS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nConclusie: Kies voor een mildere massage na de duik, voor de zekerheid.<\/p>\n<p>Duiken biedt ongelooflijke ervaringen, maar veiligheid houdt niet op wanneer je boven water komt. Door deze activiteiten na de duik te vermijden, bescherm je je welzijn en zorg je voor een veiligere en plezierigere duikervaring.<\/p>\n<p>Vergeet niet dat veiligheid zowel onder water als aan de oppervlakte van het grootste belang is.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As divers, we focus a lot on the time before and during the dive.
